MINISTRIES

Discipleship Ministry

We are called to be disciples of our Lord Jesus Christ! "Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, until the end of the age.” Mt. 28:19-20

Through sacramental preparations and celebration of sacraments, we humbly form Christian disciples, making the Holy Eucharist as the center of their Christian life.

Children and Youth Ministry

Our Christian Education and Formation Ministry provides a safe environment for children and youth to know Christ and what he is all about. Most importantly, this ministry nurtures their very young minds and hearts to grow in knowledge and wisdom as God's precious children. We facilitate their journey to find joy in committing themselves to the Lord and to one another so that they may grow in Christian maturity. Two First Holy Communion Programs each year: January - April with First Holy Communion on Easter Sunday and August - December with First Holy Communion on Christmas Day. We require a 12-month Confirmation Preparation Program.

Feeding the Hungry

A huge part of our Christian witness is to feed the hungry and poor around us. This is what the Bible says in the gospel of Matthew, "...‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’ Mt. 25:40.

"For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink...." Mt 25:35

With our generous partners and donors, as well as volunteers, our community humbly serves poor families and the homeless in out neighborhoods.

Multicultural Ministry

Catholic Christianity is being of service to all! We value diversity because God created and saved us all! The Bible teaches us that race, culture, and gender do not separate us in God’s eyes (Galatians 3:28Romans 1:16). In Revelation, we hear this phrase: “from every nation, tribe, people and language” praising God at His throne (Revelation 7:9). Multiculturism is an extremely biblical concept. We value diversity because God created unique and diverse persons.
